Bio:
While ending up anywhere and everywhere during the Fourth Wall weekend, Scorpia somehow ended up down in the Seafoam Islands, and ran into a cute penguin that made ice around its head! The little penguin whomped her team in battle, but Scorpia shocked her a bit for making Mr. Huggles cry, and that was new!

Curiosity captured the Pokemon, and now her name is (little) Frosta. Little Frosta doesn't know how or why her trainer looked different and had powers at first, but she's determined to find out (and someday maybe defeat Scorpia in battle. It's complicated.)
